The cost for setting up and implementing these services is charged at the current rate. Examples requiring onsite interventions include: error analysis, troubleshooting and configuration support.<\/p>\n<p>All onsite intervention, including those dealing with Software Maintenance and Helpdesk, are charged according to the current rate for services.
