Standby service hours

There is no standby service on national holidays (except for with the Extended Helpdesk option).
Software maintenance
This service makes sure that you stay up to date with your product.
Services included in Software Maintenance option:
- Accepting and dealing with product errors,
involving the manufacturer where necessary - Provision of patches and bugfixes
- Supplying new versions after they have been released by the manufacturer
Problems involving integration and configuration of systems are not included in the Software Maintenance services; they come under the Helpdesk service. Onsite support is charged according to the actual rate. (required???)
Remote service
The system to be serviced is accessed via remote access following the corresponding security requirements. This makes it possible to resolve the errors and problems quickly and directly.
This will do away with the majority of onsite interventions that incur a charge. The cost for setting up and implementing these services is charged at the current rate. The prerequisite for this service is a valid Software Maintenance agreement and Helpdesk.
Onsite service
Would you like support from specialists on site?
We provide an Onsite Service that offers quick and direct assistance with different problems. Examples requiring onsite interventions include: error analysis, troubleshooting and configuration support.
All onsite intervention, including those dealing with Software Maintenance and Helpdesk, are charged according to the current rate for services. Onsite interventions are only carried out at the customer’s request and after prior consultation.
