Litecom has started using the services of CA Cloud Service Management (CA CSM) through the company GENESIS, which has a lot of experience in the area of ITSM. The CSM solution helps Litecom to monitor its response times at all times (Lifetime) as well as improve customer satisfaction throughout all their services.
